The shower, which began in a problem area (under a beam), you designed with such remarkable vision and executed with such amazing attention to detail, that it became the highlight of the house!

The sense of confidence and of trust in your honest and straightforward work ethic, from both you and your employees. Your approachability in discussing ideas and in answering my queries, the care taken of the house itself with all the heavy work involved and, of course, your care and concern for the work itself, which you exemplify in all you do!
